BALLS4BALLS
The aim of the Balls4Balls event is to raise money through sponsorship of our non-stop Dawn ‘til Dusk (4am to 10pm) football match, via our ‘Just Giving’ page. We will keep a running total score throughout the day – Sheriff v Outlaws (Bibs versus non-bibs). All the money raised will be divided equally between Sherwood Football Club and our charity partner – The OddBalls Foundation – a testicular cancer awareness charity.
The money raised for SFC will be divided equality between all represented teams and used for much needed new balls and other equipment. We would like all teams to aim to raise £200 each.
Please could all SFC coaches and managers inform all their players and parents about the event and ask for sponsorship from everyone they can e.g. players’ Mums / Dads / Guardians, Brothers, Sisters, Grandparents, Uncles, Aunties, Friends, Dentists, etc. etc.

On the day, each team will have a one hour playing time on the FSZ, 3G pitches. Please see the table below for details on which teams are playing when.

PRESENTATION DAY
Along with our Balls4Balls charity event, on the same day, same location, we will we hosting our annual SFC Presentation Day. All teams are invited to join in, by inviting all players and parents/guardians along to celebrate the season and award trophies.
Teams will ‘present’ following their charity match.
