Sherwood U7s end-of-season celebration: Sunday 5th July, Woodthorpe Park
Our final fixture of the season is the Priory Celtic festival on Saturday 4th July. On Sunday 5th July, we will be having our final training session during the morning at Woodthorpe Park, followed by an end-of-season celebration and picnic. We will be handing out some additional trophies to each team for the player of the season and the most improved, and it will also be a chance for the those that were unable to make it to the club presentation day to receive their individual trophies.

Training during the summer term
We will continue to train at Woodthorpe Park on Thursdays 6.15-7.15pm throughout the summer term.

We are still planning to train on Sundays as well, and will let you know of a time and location once we have finalised this, as we need to fit round the other teams also training. We also appreciate that many of you may be away some weekends or would like to take a break from Sunday morning football to do other things with your family etc. That's no problem :-)

Priory Celtic tournament, saturday 4th July

we have entered all four teams for the the Priory Celtic Under 7 Festival of Football to be held on Saturday 4th July at Hall Park, Eastwood. The event is highly regarded as one of the best events in the County and attracts over 120 teams at all age groups.

SHERWOOD u7's First Trophy!

First piece of Silverware for Sherwood FC under 7's. See photo of Red's Coach Watson, rear, with Red's players Sam, Alex (on loan from Yellows), Noah & Harry, Playing Fusball(!?) 3v3 at Mapperley Sports Village earlier today.

Won the preliminary league with 20 points (2nd got 13). Then in a close final against 2nd place, won 1 nil.

We've clearly put a marker down for the rest of the local kids in the area and I'm sure we'll be the talk of the playgrounds next week.

Come on the Sherwood!!
